Water is more important and a life saver.It is essential to make your body and healthy and fresh all the time.So,drink at least 2 to 3 liter water because human body consists on 55-65% of water so here it is necessary to fill up its requirements in a level.Water keeps the body skin healthy and fit.Water makes it fresh and smooth all the time.
